GIVING BACK
Putting our FIRST Principle of Service into action, one cause at a time.
We believe in showing up for our communities, our industry and each other. Guided by our FIRST Principle of Service, we roll up our sleeves and give back – through our time, resources and partnerships that make a lasting difference.
Driven by service
Whether we’re building bikes for kids, supporting veterans on their journey to stability or helping stop human trafficking in the transportation industry, our team steps up to serve. These aren’t just causes – they’re commitments we carry forward year-round.
Highlights from our community involvement

BIKES FOR KIDS FOUNDATION
Character lessons and bikes for deserving students
We partner with Bikes for Kids to inspire young students with character-building lessons – and reward their hard work with a brand new bike and helmet. Through reading, writing and classroom activities, kids learn about values like kindness and responsibility.
This event is especially meaningful to us. It honors the memory of Shelley Shannon, our dear friend and teammate who passed away in 2021. Shelley was an avid cyclist and a passionate advocate for children. Every fall, we build and donate bikes in her honor – and carry on the joy she brought to others.

TRUCKERS AGAINST TRAFFICKING
Mobilizing our industry to stop trafficking
As part of the transportation industry, we know we have a role to play in fighting human trafficking. That’s why we support Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT), a nonprofit that trains and equips drivers, carriers and logistics professionals to recognize and report trafficking situations.
We’re proud to be a Platinum Sponsor and help amplify their mission. Internally, we share resources and awareness campaigns with our team – and externally, we shine a light on the issue to encourage others to get involved.

VETERANS COMMUNITY PROJECT
Tiny homes and hope for homeless veterans
No veteran should face homelessness. That’s the belief behind Veterans Community Project (VCP), which builds tiny homes and offers services to help veterans get back on their feet. We partner with VCP to help furnish and stock these homes, ensuring each veteran has what they need.
Our team participates in donation drives, matching fundraisers and volunteer projects that support VCP villages. Whether we’re packing hygiene kits or helping with home upkeep, we’re honored to serve those who’ve served us.
Making a Difference, Together
We don’t just donate – we participate. We build. We deliver. We show up. Giving back is part of our culture, and our employees make it real every day. We’re proud of the work we’ve done – and we’re just getting started.
