Rhiana Luaders joined Milestone as Vice President & General Counsel in 2025. Prior to joining Milestone, Rhiana served six years as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for a nationwide construction technology company, where she led the legal strategy and guided her team with the company’s equipment rental, retail and service offerings.

Rhiana has over 20 years of legal and leadership experience in private practice and in-house counsel roles. She received her JD, MBA and bachelor’s degrees in economics and political science from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
