On Sept. 30, 2022, Milestone acquired approximately 1,600 trailers and 600 marine chassis—together with the associated customer leases—from Infinity Transportation in Atlanta, Georgia. This exciting acquisition allows Milestone to further exceed our 2022 fleet growth targets, despite a challenging supply environment, while adding 160 new customers to our portfolio.

This acquisition was led by our Business Development team, and supported by numerous team members across our commercial, operations and back-office teams. The deal was made possible by our team’s proven ability to structure and close complex transactions and operational excellence demonstrated by managing many of Infinity’s trailers and chassis over the past 15 years, as well as our ownership group’s continuing commitment to disciplined growth.
