Robert Thull
Founder, President and CEO
Robert Thull has 30 years experience as a transportation equipment leasing
executive. Mr. Thull has held various senior management positions in
equipment leasing prior to founding Milestone. For 10 years he was
President of Greenbrier Capital Corporation, a publicly-held company that
specialized in leasing and asset management of intermodal trailers, containers,
chassis and highway trailers. Greenbrier Capital was a highly efficient provider of
operating leases with annual lease revenues of $35 million and 16,000 units of
equipment. Mr. Thull has also held various marketing and planning positions
with Class 1 Railroads. He was Group Marketing Manager for Southern Pacific
Railroad and managed freight revenue of $800 million annually. At SP he
successfully spearheaded the Interstate Commerce Commission's pilot project
for rail industry deregulation, involving four connecting railroads. This
led to the enactment of the Staggers Act allowing rail industry deregulation.
Mr. Thull is from Michigan and earned his B.S. in Business Administration from
Michigan State University.

Amy Genobles
President, Intermodal Division
Amy Genobles has 20 years of experience in surface transportation including leasing,
operations, purchasing and sales. Prior to joining Milestone, Amy held senior
management positions at Greenbrier Capital Corporation from 1989 to 1998. During
that period she oversaw the fleet operations for 16,000 pieces of intermodal and
highway equipment valued at over $200 million. She coordinated all new and
used equipment purchase inspections, asset sales activities, and managed repair and
refurbishment programs on the existing fleet. In addition Amy was responsible
for all lease acceptance and lease termination negotiations with railroads, trucking
companies, and leasing companies in North America. Amy has been active with the
Intermodal Association of Chicago since 2005. She is currently serving as
President of the IAC Board for 2010.

Jeff Alpert
Executive Vice President, Milestone Trailer Leasing LLC
Jeff Alpert has over 20 years experience in business development and
operations in the transportation equipment leasing industry. Mr. Alpert has held
various senior management positions in surface transportation equipment leasing and
was Vice President of Surface Operations for PLM International Inc., a publicly held
transportation equipment leasing and asset management company. Specializing
in arranging operating leases for over the road and intermodal trailers, PLM Trailer
Leasing owns and manages over $100 million in trailer assets. Mr. Alpert oversaw
operations for the largest refrigerated trailer rental company in the U.S. with over
5,000 assets, 22 branch locations and 60 employees. Jeff is from the New York area and
earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Vermont in
1984 and his Masters of Business Administration from Thunderbird in 1987, majoring in
Marketing and Finance.

Chris Montgomery
Vice President, Intermodal Division
Chris Montgomery has 20 years of experience in Surface Transportation equipment
leasing and operations. Chris manages all aspects of Milestone's fleet
operations including portfolio acquisitions, maintenance and repair programs, equipment
lease acceptance and lease terminations, refurbishment programs, new and used equipment
inspections and depot operations. Chris has been with Milestone since 1998 and
has overseen assets worth over $300 million. Prior to joining Milestone Chris held various
management positions with the Kankakee Beaverville and Southern (KBS) Railroad
Intermodal Division. Chris has been involved with maintenance initiatives in the
Intermodal Industry and has been a member of the
IANA Maintenance and Repair Committee since 2000.
